General terms and conditions of sale

The payment of an order is a contract of ownership transfer between the client and Custom-Zip.com. This contract is governed by French law.

Payment

Prices are expressed in Euros (€).

The means of payment made available are: debit card, cheque, bank transfer.

The institutions in charge of the security of online banking transactions are PayPlug® or PayPal™ (at the customer's choice).

VAT is not applicable and is therefore not invoiced, as provided by Article 293 B of the french General Taxes Code

Terms of delivery

The shipment of orders is processed by Custom-Zip.com in under 12 or 24 hours. The carrier used by Custom-Zip.com is La Poste. The delivery times of the latter are on an indicative basis of 3 to 5 working days. These delays starts upon reception of the order confirmation e-mail.

Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal cannot be applied to the continuous zips by the metre, being cut at specific lengths according to each customer order and are therefore not reconditionable for subsequent customers. These products cannot be refunded or exchanged except in the case of a quality defect.

Article L121-20-2 of the Consumer Code:
"The right of withdrawal may not be exercised in the case of contracts for the supply of goods which are clearly personalised or which, by their nature, cannot be reshipped."

For all other products, the right of withdrawal is applicable and valid for 14 days from reception. This right of withdrawal is exercised without any legal formalities and without reason. The refund is made by the same method of payment as for the purchase. At the customer's request, another means of payment can be used at no extra cost.
